COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Matrix Engineering 1EC055P-02 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Micro-Industries products, including obsoleted and phased-out Maysteel parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Maxcess product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Micro-Industries such as the 176520 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SSGC0020 manufactured by Maysteel and we are pleased to be able to service most Maysteel systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VTCE by Manufacturer Maxcess as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mekontrol Brand MEK7SA01ABG in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mazak such as 1829037A equipment made by Mazak have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mazak products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mazak" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 5526870 made by Metrix as well as the popular SPC original spares produced by Mcg Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the N67974 by Metropolitan-Lighting and 1829037A spares by Mazak are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BLS73 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mavilor. |
